Regal Orb didnt add a third mod on rings, rings are rare anyway

I bought a couple of rings from the vendor, augmented them, then regaled them. A bunch of them didnt receive a third mod. You can see three of those cases in my inventory and a couple that i sold to the vendor already

Did they roll a prefix Increased Rarity and a suffix Increased Rarity? It’ll combine to one stat line if so when you just hover over it.

Thats what I thought of at first too, but it was like 5 different ones and it was something like increased cold res and dex or increased fire res and cold damage.
