Output dialogue to text - Can't disable it

I've tried logging in with it out and turning it off, also tried turning it off and relogging, also tried to disable all chat options via the pause menu + from the chat window headers, nothing worked. Looking for a possible fix.

Same here, this option doesn't work at all.
