Mini Life Bar bugged with Herald of Blood

When i activate Herald of Blood i have a bug with my Mini Life Bar above my character.

This is happening to my witch as well. Just to clarify I am not running herald of Blood. Usually it happens when I log for the first time and disappears after running a map or entering a different area
