Mob damage ?

first bug this one i see second time today map cannot be complate because rare mob stay in wall ( on other map it stay on area on cannot access for players ) i cannot hit and its not moving i killed in 5 min with fire wall skill spam ...

second bug its so bad when i open strong box my mouse is gone i cannot click anywhere ( not everytime but i can say %30 ) i must the select char and login back for continue my map.. have same bug on strongboxes pls fix that ..
