In Chaos Trials, when you jump into the Arena for the Chimera, skipping the Trialmaster appearing animation, the door to the next room doesn't open after the kill. Backtracking to where the Trialmaster spawns, makes the Trialmaster appear after the kill, but the door still doesn't open.

Also, in that state, you can't open a portal to town anymore either.
