Seems hella good, or is it?

Hey guys

Need some help with this item, tried numerous ways to find one simillar but i´m coming short on answers, not even in Standard i am able to find an item like this.

It´s on POE2

A focus, with:

123 energy shield

95% increased energy shield

115% increased spell damage

118% increased spell physical damage

25% reduced attribute requirements

41% cold resist

30% lightning resist


I tried linking the item here but can only find my POE1 characters, sorry :P
