Can't enter any locations (besides endgame maps)

Hello, when i'm trying to enter any location in every act(besides endgame maps) I just can't do that. I am clicking every map and just nothing happens. It wouldn't be a problem, but because of that I can't enter to Temple of Chaos/Trial of the Sekhemas, so I can't do 4rd ascendancy, which I need a lot. What can I do to solve this problem?

i helped myself by teleporting to other player's location, this way it works
