Lost Atlas Points!

Greetings from America! I have been having the time of my life playing Path of Exile 2, y’all truly have the potential best game of all time on your hands here; however in endgame I’ve suffered a few game crashes which have resulted in my atlas points being lost or the corrupted nexus vanishing. I will explain what happened here:

1. Completed unique map that rewards player the book with two points, un upon portaling back to my hideout my game crashed, and the book as well as the map vanished. :( big sad, my buddy who is a king, long time veteran of the series suggested I write a post , but I’m the last person to complain and I understand development can be difficult. I just brushed it off and went oh well it’s only two points

Fast forward a week

2. Today I just went into a corrupted nexus , did not get to fight the corrupted boss; I should mention my error message was “You have been kicked for performing too many actions” re logged in and the corrupted nexus was gone, huge sad :(

I was wondering if there’s any way I could reclaim my atlas book and/or get another shot at running the nexus, Yall are truly amazing! Don’t forget that! The game runs perfect 99% of the time which deserves giga Chad status. Any help would be appreciated!

P.s Lachlann in the willow map is somehow able to break free of the boss arena, not sure if you’re already aware of this!!!!!
