Equip Items Only Per Drag ?

Hi,
i logged into poe2 since LE came out not the forst time again to play a new huntress acc, but when i got my 2nd spear i recognized that i only can change items from Inventory to Character slot via Mouse dragging, no switch in via Right klick , i reseted controlls, deactivated G-hub, nothing, all other "shortklick/cuts" are working , any ideas ?
