Disconnected while loading into waypoints and while playing

Recently I have experienced disconnecting while loading into waypoints and in map also. I lost many waypoints when this happened. I have no idea its because of my internet connection or the game itself. Each time I have to wait for waypoint to expired to be able to login otherwise I will get crash.

Is there any suggestions or advices for this incident?
