After opening the treasure chest, the character is immobilized and cannot perform any actions.

I saw a white safe. I applied some gold and nobility to it, filled it with enhancements. Then I opened it. I made sure that my anti-freeze and anti-stun spells were not triggered, but my character completely lost responsiveness and was killed. The key point is that even after respawning, I still couldn't do anything. I could only drink potions and eventually got killed again. Not all safes are like this; the probability of encountering such a situation is about 1 in 10. Please check this issue and fix it. I also request compensation, haha. I died several times and lost a lot of experience, which is really frustrating.

I just had this happen to me too, I alched a strongbox and seconds before I was able to kill the remaining white mobs to clear the are before starting the strongbox encounter. Once started, I was completely disabled whilst only being able to move around with WASD, (dodge roll was also disabled). I died and respawned and was still unable to perform any actions. I quit the game and rebooted, only to die again in the same instance, only then I was returned to normal functionality. P.S. I have a Nvidia replay of this but not sure how to present this evidence...

It's so frustrating, mourning the lost experience, hoping the officials can resolve this error quickly and compensate for the lost experience.
