Reforging Bench Gone

I'm lvl 88 and I migrated to the Dawn of the Hunt League. Now my Reforging Bench is gone... I tried killing Mektul, the Forgemaster on all difficulties and no luck.

Were you in SSF Dawn of the Hunt? If so, login to the game and on the Character Selection screen there is a League Migration button which looks like >> just to the right of the league select box (top right). Select "Migrate All".
