Respawn issues in Xesht and Simulacrum

In Xesht map if you fail to reach him in time respawn doesn't work/reset the map.
Frankly the timer shouldn't be in the game in the first place if you want to discourage fast screen clearing builds and encourage slow and methodical builds.

In Simulacrum there is an area in a tight corridor. If you die there you get respawned directly into the angry mobs only to instantly die again. There is also no place there to dodge to or to put a totem.
