Why do my items keep dissapearing!

So about every other drop i get usually one with over 2-3 items , the items just disappear before i can pick them up! its such BS! i lost out on a couple uniques now and im getting really irritated

If you are playing on PC, press Z to toggle loot back on. There is an option similar for controllers, I believe.

Even with Z toggled out you can always use the ALT key to show the item labels.
