Laggs stutterer and freezes under win11 24h2

Hey fellows,

i am playing poe2 since launch and startet with the game on win11 24H2. Back then my game lagged as hell and crashed my whole system repeatedly until i installed win11 23H2. The laggs still persisted but the system freezes went away. I thought my old pc was just to slow with an rtx 2060 and i3 10100f.

Now i upgraded to an 2080ti with ryzen 7 3800x and was playing on win10 for some weeks had no problems game was smooth no lags no freezes no stutterers enjoayble experience.
Since i upgraded back to win11 the whole game is back to freeziong stuttering etc..

Any solutions to this except going back to win10? Its literally the only game i have that has problems with win11 usually its the other way around.
