Ritual ability to defer tied to future discount value and not defer cost

See attached picture. Could not defer a valuable omen because it was calculating off of the future discount value which i was just short of instead of the total deferral cost. I have the ritual atlas node for deferrals costing less which is bringing the issue to light.
