expedition logbook drop rate

have the logbook drop rates from monsters been tweaked since yesterday?

i just rand 10+ juiced expedition maps and not a single log book from a mob dropped. Running 2 tower pack size, unique exp tablet set up. usually get 1-3 a map.

that or worse RNG in history?
