Ixchel's Torment Blacksmith's Strongbox awful drop

Hey, I'm having a lot of fun with 0.2g, I just wanted to report that I got a god awful loot from the unique strongbox Ixchel's Torment Blacksmith's Strongbox.

I spent a lot of time going through the 35 packs, making sure I wouldn't die to get the unique, then I see a crossbow drop and my heart skips a beat, and it turns out it's a lvl 1 crossbow damage 7-12.

This gotta be a bug, this item should not be in my drop table at this point

Same still happening in 0.4

I already cleared two of those, and no drops.
