PS5 Stuck at Loading The Matlan Waterways

My Dawn of the Hunt experience is essentially over. As the subject says - my character is stuck at the loading screen for Matlan Waterways in Act 3.

My square button allows me to cycle through the tool tips, the gears are spinning and Inger to enjoy the music... I just can't zone in

Rebooted PS5, login, same problem.

Rebooted PS5, login, chose a previous character, all is good. Go Tom character select, choose my Dawn of the Hunt character, same problem - stuck at loading.

It's almost as if I'm attempting to zone into an instance which doesn't exist and there is no exit to the error loops

On thing is for certain - this characters journey is done unless GGG can magically make her return to a town when logging back in. That actually sounds like a great feature - always returning to the last town upon login...

Having the same problem but with Trial of Chaos. Game crashed and when trying to log back in, I get an infinite loading screen.

Other characters logging in are fine too.
