Tangletongue Intelligence attribute no longer applies

I think I found a certain edge case bug where on W2 I put in a spear that makes my boots unwearable (because W2 had no int and I needed W1 which was tangletongue to equip boots with certain int). Now I can't use those boots anymore because tangletongue does not have its intelligence applied anymore. I tried unequipping everything, unsocketing everything, even disconnecting to char selection and back and it isn't working. Pls fix this bug, as I can no longer play my build as tangletongue stats are no longer being considered.

Worked around by shifting gear along with skills and skill binds to Weapon set 2 - since it doesn't seem like in console (or at least PS5) iot tells yu which weapon set is active.

Tangletongue also randomly stops giving me Int. I will be in the middle of a map and it just stops. Then all my gear is no longer usable plus my skills and i die. I return to my hideout reshift points on my passive tree to make it work and then sometimes it works if i log in again. Then get to a boss fight and Int on Tangletongue drops again. Repeat process all over again.
