Ping goes from 5ms to 80ms in certain zones EU servers

I am having this issue where my ping is 7ms but sometimes i change zones and it goes to 80ms and stays there. If i keep exiting and re entering the zone eventually the ping goes back to normal. anyone experiencing this? any fix for this?
