Citadel Map connection failed twice – Bug #1,350,923,833

Hello GGG team,

I would like to report a recurring issue with map access, specifically affecting high-tier maps and most recently a Citadel map which is critical to my progression.

Issue: "Failed to connect to instance" error

Bug Report Reference Number: 1,350,923,833

After using the map device to open a Citadel map with a T15 key, I was unable to enter the map. The game displayed the error “Failed to connect to instance.” Re-logging did not help; the map was still inaccessible. This happened despite having invested significant resources into the attempt.

Map Type: T15

Issue: Same "Failed to connect to instance" error

This was not the first time this issue has happened, and I estimate it has occurred in approximately 2–3% of my map attempts. Losing high-value maps like these is frustrating and disrupts gameplay progression.
