Overseer tablets

"Increased rarity of items dropped by bosses" on the tablets says max is 20% but I got a 25% and theres more on the trade site, either number shouldnt be that high or text when holding alt is wrong. Also for "Increased rarity of items found in your map" same thing, Alt says 10% I got a 13%
