losing citadel to YOUR crashing.

your server crashed me DURING the jamanjra citadel fight and i log in and its failed. im done. in 2 days ive had 3 bugs lose me all my time and resources and its literally YOUR fault. why in the actual f would you EVER make the player lose their progress over YOUR incompetent design/coding? just so you know how bs this is i just sold an astrimentas for 60 divines and i could care less because you refuse to fix things or even help your player base. ive advocated for this game to multiple of my firends and got 3 of them to spend money on your game. i dont regret that but i will never advocate for you again if this is how you treat your costumers.
