Resistence on Charms

A lot of my charms say +25 resistance on top where it shows things that are just build into the item. However, none of these actually work. I put it in one of my belt slots, my corresponding resistance doesn't change.

Is this just me or is it a known but?

They work for a duration when you are hit by the ele damage. The devs said that they will rework the system, because the hit that triggers your charm isn't affected by the effect itself.

the way it works you get hit by the elemental damage that triggers the charm and for 3 seconds you get that 25% resistance.

Useful if you get a barrage of spells, but when you get a single bolt the buff will expire when you get the next hit, potentially making it useless.

Around t10-ish maps you need to get res caps, so elemental charms will become more useless. Freeze protection will be the main slot.
