Critical bug: Permanently stuck at the trialmaster arena (trial of chaos)

Using temporal rift as he spawns in the new revamped boss arena teleports you back to the now empty green boss arena. There's no one here. I cannot teleport or leave and relogging / shutting down the game won't fix it.

I'm so annoyed at this, I better be compensated because I lost all 3 fates and a lot of time.

Similar problem for me. Im locked into manor ramparts on cruel on my newest character. Been stuck on this loading screen for 2 days now and can't even get into the character. I also can't play.

Whatever fix they made to the crashes and disconnects made the problem worse.
