poe2 - king of the mists floating bug?

i was doing the quest called "Ominious Altars" while i was trying to fight the king of mists boss, in the campaign/early game. and for whatever reason (maybe one of the bosses skills) it caused me to float in the air as shown in the image, and i couldnt move at all. There is no way this is a boss mechanic because i couldnt use skills or move or do anything but just float there and get hit by the boss.
