EU Server Unplayable today

It’s been fine for weeks and now today game keeps pausing, can’t pick up loot and sometimes booted…. What’s going on…. Also can you please invest in better EU servers as my American friends always lag when they come over to the London server

Stable 20ms in hideout, stable 20ms when mapping.. once I hit a big pack - ramps up to 150-200ms for 1-2s through which I get killed by a mob or two off screen..

I'm getting the exact same issues and more. I lost already 2 maps (shows map attempted) and all the loot I had in my bags. London Server is very unstable lately.
