[Bug or Misleading Tooltip] Elemental Shrine Buff is also giving Chaos Resistance

the buff's tooltip refers only to elemental damage "fear not the elements" yet it also buffs the player's Chaos resistance

important to note I also have the atlas passive that boosts shrine effects, perhaps this is a side effect of that?
