Unable to use skill

Greating! I can no longer use the skill galvanic shards after I tried to click on the checkboxes in the open skill details window (choosing which set of two the skill should work with)
After which I tried to make a new skill galvanic shards, but nothing worked either when I upgraded this skill stone to 20% and inserted 4 sockets

me too same problems i can only see in my skill action bar load galvanic shards but no galvanic shards skill
