Cannot get 3rd Ascendency

This all started by completing the Trial of Chaos before Trial of Sekhmas for my first ascendancy. This is a bug, was bugged trying to get my 2nd ascendancy until the update. I went back and it allowed me to.

Now when I complete Sekhmas going for my 3rd ascendency - killed the Terracotta soldiers, clicked ascendancy, but there are 0 points i can select and add. The Barya i used says "This can be used for points...blah blah"

In the altar room with the coffins after killing the soliders, I tried changing ascendancy to see if it would get me the points, nope. In the same room refunded my skill points, nope still only 4 points. When clicking the altar it just shows the ascendancy nodes and can't place any in.

Help, it sucks to get through the trial but not to get any points! Scared I'll get through Trial of Chaos and not get any either, i'm going to try and report back here......

If i'm not mistaken, the terracotta soldiers are not 3rd ascendancy, the scorpion boss after them is.

beware of the squares in the scorpion arena, they`re deadly.
