POE2 not launching after Upgrading to Windows 11

I was playing this game and loving it clocked 25 hours on Windows 10. Upgraded to Windows 11 due to some Microsoft account problems and now am met with a black screen for a few seconds followed by a crash. Checked my event viewer and it said this:

Please help I've been doing tons of troubleshooting with no avail this game is so fun I just want it to work again.
