Character stuck loading

A friend who s unable to play because of a widely reported bug that has received not one response from GGG EVER. Character stuck at loading screen Chimeral Wetlands. It’s been since reset with the new content. So purchased the game and it is unplayable. With no response it’s starting to look like the EA sports issue resulting in a class action lawsuit. This is in no way a threat. But calling out to all players with the same problem. Purchasing a product that is unusable with zero support or even acknowledging the issue by GGG. This is not just a bad look but shows GGG is pushing POE2 as a money grab. Either acknowledge this issue and fix it or there will be a big push for refunds. Wake up Xbox is where 90% of the problems are yet no support. Graphics in towns glitch and the entire screen is blank untill you reset the game or manage to change zones. Yet again no response. This is the politest way to rant that I found. I’m not attacking, simply calling in everyone with this issue to work together or for GGG to acknowledge and resolve the problem.
