Bug Report ID: #3994267666 Act III cruel teleported to Act I The riverbank

After trading with someone that had the gate activated in Act III quest. I tried travelling to the gate to go back to the ziggurat encampment (Act III city) but instead I teleported to Act I Cruel The Riverbank. Issue seems to be that I dont have the gate in my quests yet, I just came to the encampment.

When I press portal I see I got access to the Ziggurat encampment.
I decided to complete The Riverbank. I've put a portal, entered Act I city, couldn't find the portal, Act III I couldn't find the portal either.
So I cannot teleport back to the riverbank which is what it suppose to happen.
