Corrupt Nexus Disappeared on Crash

While clearing a Corrupted Nexus map, my game crashed and when I restarted the nexus was gone. Unaware that the node was clear, I ran another map in the same node only to find that the quest wasn't finished and the nexus wasn't even there. So I can't cleanse the patch of corruption nor did I get the Atlas points.
