mana never fully regenerates

my mana is permanently stuck below max, its 1 lower if i have a lower # of mana, and as i get more, it has become 2 below max and never fully goes up

ive had this bug for about three weeks now, it apperas to have started when i was trying combinations of unique items out, i think it was atziris disdain and demon stitchers that i was messing around with.

also, the killjoy linen wraps have a weird interaction where mana flasks which should take life from you for giving more mana instead take no life from you when killjoys are on.
