Skyrocket ping map loses

In past 4 days I've lost ~10 maps and died twice to ping going to thousands at random point of the game. Deathes was from it going down and game fast forwarding to me being killed by mobs, not being able to do anything.
When it doesn't go down, I get disconnected and get "Map attempted" status for the map with portals and items gone.

Annoying, to say the least.

It look a lot like the bug we had with "too dense" breaches, but it happens with way less enemies.
Just now it lag at the very beggining of the map.

My guess is that game can't handle some instances of Contangion + Essence Drain + Dark Effigy, but I don't know exact reasons.
Sometimes I clear breaches with hundreds of enemies without any problem and sometimes it lags at single Expedition blast clear.

Maybe some timing shenaningans, when DE projectiles hit enemies at the same time or something, idk.
