Infernalist to Lich Life Reservation Bug

Played infernalist to 91 with Beidat's Will and Beidat's Gaze allocated (~50% life reservation)
With both of these, my maximum life was around 2000 with ~1000 unreserved as expected.
Ran trial and removed all ascendancy points and swapped to lich.
Now life is reserved to 1315 and cannot be restored to full.
Flasks do not work, well transiently puts it at full then the reservation kicks it back to 1315.
I originally thought it was reserved to a % level (1315 / 2000 ~ 65%), but picked up a massive shrine which increased life to 3000 and it was still set at 1315.
Removed all gems and put back on and still at 1315.
Removing life gear doesn't matter, still at 1315.

Bump. If your Energy Shield begins filling before your life, whatever your life total is at at that moment becomes your new max life. Only way to reset back to full life is to die or respec ascendency and then spec back.
