Stuck in instance, cant load game

Hey,

we played blooming field on maps juiced with clear skies unqiue precursors tablet. My gf died and upon ressurecting, she immediately spawned inside the map in an area that looks unfisihed. She couldnt use/create a town portal, use skills or move. Neither could she teleport to me.
After trying to resole the issue by relogging and opening a new map (thought her char would be teleported to the h/o when i create a new map) the client crashes upon logging into her character.
Is there a way to reset the char to her hideout?
