The major bug in the "Corrupted Sanctum"

Content: I encountered a major bug while completing the level 7 Corrupted Sanctum quest. After defeating the designated boss, no NPC appeared to complete the quest. I have tried multiple different Corrupted Sanctum maps and used level 7 and higher maps several times, but the same issue persists—I can complete the map, but I am unable to complete the quest.

I have attempted various solutions, including trying different instances of the sanctum and ensuring the correct quest conditions, but the NPC still does not spawn. Please investigate this issue.
