Trial of chaos bug

After i kill the 3th boss, the door lead to the reward room doesn't openn. I try to open portal but it always said "portal cannot open here". I logout then login, i got infinity loading for 30mins and still loading till now

Finaly can enter the character after infinity loading but now im can't move out of trial of chaos because i can't open the portal
