lightning spear mouse and keyboard

all the attacks i can move at the same time as i use my skills, but when i click and use lightning spear, you stop walking, but on WASD you can walk and attack at the same time. not sure why u cant walk and attack at the same time with only lightning spear on the mouse and keyboard
