Hello, I have a serious problem. I can't play the character named "อสูรกาย".

There are many characters in my ID, but there is a character named "Asura" that when I select a character, it will bounce to the home page and say "An unexpected problem has occurred."
This makes it impossible to play this character at all. However, other characters can still be played.

There are many important items in this character, and right now, I can't get the items from this character. This makes other characters build without items to use.

The problem occurred while I was encountering a bug, a backlash, and a skill trigger when rolling. So I tested the bug's operation.
And during that time, it bounced to the home page and said "An unexpected problem has occurred." I can't play this character anymore.

I'm experiencing exactly the same bug.

My character name is BigB_Maru.

If you're able to log in again, could you please let me know in this forum?
I contacted support, but they told me they couldn't help, which I don't understand.

Why is there no explanation, even though I've reported a bug that makes the game unplayable and prevents progress? I don't even know if they're seeing this. since there's no reply.
Below are the methods I tried, but none of them resolved the issue.

-Created a new character and played for several hours
-Played in local co-op mode using two controllers
-Changed the gateway
-Changed the language
-Verified game files via Steam
-Reinstalled the game
-Cleared the game cache
-Originally played via Steam, but also tried using the standalone launcher
-Followed all suggestions from the official troubleshooting guide
-Changed the hideout
-Changed purchased MTX (cosmetic skins)
-Opened a new portal with a different character
-Updated the NVIDIA driver
-Deleted cache files
-Deleted shader files
-Switched shaders
-Changed shader cache size

may be need to remove all skill gem on this character to fix problem , but player still cant login to this character to fix this problem by myself.
