Item filters not working on ps5 after account lock

I recently had my account falsely flagged for automated trading and after regaining access to my account my loot filters don't work even after uninstalling, clearing my cache, deleting all my filters and redownloading, and even loading poe 1 and selecting a filter there in an attempt to spark some kind of connection to my account, I still cannot and it's making it pretty difficult to enjoy the game as I feel I am constantly missing loot, is there any way to fix this?

Also I cannot Import from path of building anymore
