Embroidered Gloves can not be Chance Orb'ed

When I try to use a Chance Orb on a normal rarity glove base item "Embroidered Gloves" I get the "Item cannot increaes in rarity" error; even though there is a unique item (Leopold's Applause) for this base item.

Please fix it in the next patch, thanks in advance.
