Unable to load items or areas from Ogham Manor

In HC Dawn of the Hunt, I can no longer pick up items from Ogham Manor, and even if I try to go inside Ogham Manor from Ogham Manor, it doesn't load and the game crashes if I click on it repeatedly. Repairing or uninstalling the game doesn't solve the problem.
