Halani Gates: Asala Stuck not following to Gate Mechanism

Halani Gates 2nd bridge Mechanism


I opened a town portal just before entering the doorway to the second Bridge Mechanism, and then went through the portal to go back to the caravan to sell off some items.

When I returned to the map Asala did not continue to follow me to the Gate Mechanism and instead just stood where I opened the town portal.
