Trial of Chaos Bug [Trapped in the Room]

I blinked into the platform before the TrialMaster announce the next trial [timestop/pause, before you step on the platform that lets you down on the arena]. There's no way that you can get up on the platform, the switches are unclickable. Completing the challenge doesn't progress it either. I'm stuck in this place and cannot use portal, teleport to hideout, and even when you exit the game you're still in there. /hideout doesn't work too. Need help please.
