[PoE2 PS5] Game Crashes When Logging into the "Dawn of the Hunt" Standard League

Description:
I am currently playing Path of Exile 2 on PlayStation 5. However, I have encountered a consistent issue where the game crashes and returns to the PS5 home screen whenever I attempt to log into the "Dawn of the Hunt" Standard League.

Details of the Issue:
While attempting to conduct a trade, the other player messaged me saying they could not warp to my location and requested that I warp to theirs instead.
When I attempted to warp to their instance, which was located in "The Ardura Caravan," the game immediately crashed and returned me to the PS5 home screen.
Since then, I have been unable to access the "Dawn of the Hunt" Standard League with any character, as the game crashes during the login attempt every time.
The issue occurred on April 20, and I am still unable to log in as of the time of posting this thread.

Testing and Results:

Character A: The character that was being used when the crash first occurred

Character B: A newly created character used to test login to the "Dawn of the Hunt" Standard League

Character C: A newly created character used to test login to the "Dawn of the Hunt" Hardcore League

Character D: A newly created character used to test login to the "Dawn of the Hunt" SSF League


Attempted to log in with Character A
　→ Result: Game crashed

Changed the Gateway from Japan to another region, then attempted to log in with Character A
　→ Result: Game crashed

Created Character B and attempted to log in
　→ Result: After the class selection screen, the character jumped from the execution platform into the river. The game crashed as the field area was about to load

Created Character C in the "Dawn of the Hunt" Hardcore League and attempted to log in
　→ Result: I was able to play the Hardcore League. However, after the character died and I pressed the "Revive" button, the game crashed
　It appears that the crash occurred because the character was transferred to the Standard League upon revival

Created Character D in the "Dawn of the Hunt" SSF League and attempted to log in
　→ Result: So far, I have been able to play without any crashes


And I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and advise on any potential resolutions or workarounds.
