Barrage - Spear Interaction is Not Allowing me to Attack

Character Name: 'Bowbley' if you need to clone my char to reproduce


I am using Barrage + Lightning spear.

Recreating the Bug:
When I use Barrage and then throw a Lightning Spear the spear is not empowered by barrage but it still throws the spear. I then cannot throw another spear until my Barrage buff wears off (It wasn't consumed by the thrown spear).

Qualifiers:
This does not occur with every Barrage. The frequency also seems to fluctuate. (Some maps it constantly occurs, others it never occurs).

Best Guess on What is Happening:
My best guess is it is related to accuracy and missing the initial spear throw but that doesn't make a whole lot of sense if the barrage is meant to be consumed on skill use. I just can't think of any other reason it would be intermittent and fluctuating.

Same here using Ls+glacial lance+barrage after barrage often character stops attacking and unable to teleport or pick up loot , get fixed by relog
